The staff were some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of coming across, they were very, very patient with us and always spoke politely and with a smile! We had only booked two nights just to have somewhere to crash after the nye full moon party but ended up staying an extra two nights on top, I would happily live there! Great location, it would be a good place to bring our family as it's not on the noisy part of the island, the people that stayed at the resort were there to wind down but if you did want to make a little noise the staff wouldn't shush you. Most places won't even let you swim at night! But buritara resort Isn't most places!

Located in a beautiful and comfortable place. Nice villa.
Typical for this region, unhurried service. Cooking is below average. It is better to dine elsewhere.

Nothing good to say about this place, as much as one could try...
My worst experience in a hotel, the room was very dirty and the hotel looked totally abandonned. If you expect a clean toilet and hot water in the shower this is not a place for you. A shocking value for money ratio: paying 4,000b for a room worth 200b at most... It is a 20 minute walk from the village... the breakfast is not eatable...

Spent a lovely Christmas in a quiet resort away from the crowds. The rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a cozy atmosphere. The private beach was a real treat, with crystal clear water and soft sand. The helpful staff organized enjoyable activities like snorkeling and beach volleyball, as well as transport to nearby locations.
Although the resort is in a peaceful location, it was quite challenging to get to, with a long and bumpy drive up steep hills. The lack of public transportation made it difficult to reach nearby towns and restaurants, meaning we were somewhat isolated.

Good location near Chaloklum village, where one can find restaurants, especially sea food cafe, diving courses, fruit sellers, 7-eleven supermarket, bike rent etc. cozy bungalows with sea or pool view, you can see beautiful sunsets sitting outside :) the staff is incredibly friendly, still serving us our free breakfast when we woke up at 11-12 in the morning, and literally taking care of our every need. Best hotel for those who seek relaxing experience.

The hotel had a wonderful view and a private beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a big bathroom. The location was convenient, close to the center of the village and restaurants along the beach.
Nothing all excellent.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is right on the beach. You can easily walk along the beach to get to the nearby village, where you can enjoy delicious food in the restaurants along the beach. Another great advantage is that you can walk to the town, which will lead you to an absolutely stunning beach.
The hotel could improve their transport options to the main beach area, especially during high tide when crossing the small canal becomes difficult.

We had such a great time during our Christmas getaway! The bungalows were lovely and surprisingly affordable. The pool was definitely the highlight - it was massive and perfect for a cool dip on a hot day. Plus, the on-site restaurant was convenient and offered reasonably priced meals.
While the hotel was great in many ways, its location is a bit out of the way. We definitely recommend having your own transportation as it's not within walking distance to shops or restaurants.
